We'll have lunch and some drinks on board, but since it's a long day out on the water, it’s best we don’t run dry! 😄

Welcome Aperitif
A glass of chilled Prosecco served with individually wrapped potato chips

Apetizer Selection

  • Tomato bruschetta on toasted bread
  • Bruschetta with mussels and cannellini beans
  • Bite-sized buffalo mozzarella

First Course

  • Pasta with a sauce of fresh cherry tomatoes
  • Mezze maniche pasta with mussels and clams

Main Course

  • Traditional Impepata di Cozze (mussels sautéed with black pepper and herbs)

Dessert

  • Warm Sfogliatelle pastries, freshly baked on board

Beverages & Extras

  • Still water and selected white wine
  • Seasonal fresh fruit (juicy watermelon)

☀️ Don’t Forget – Essentials for La Dolce Vita at Sea

To keep things smooth and sun-kissed, don’t forget the essentials: swimwear, sunscreen, a hat, and maybe a light cover-up for the breeze. If you’re prone to seasickness, a bit of chewing gum or motion relief might go a long way. And of course, your best dolce vita attitude — think sun, sea, and spritz in hand. 🕶️🍋⛵️

🌅 After the Boat

Once we’re back on dry land, the plan is to stay local in Forio — maybe a drink or bite at the first charming spot we find. Nothing set in stone... let’s just go with the flow.

We could also go to Baia Sorgeto and swim in the warm natural Thermal Water in the evening 🥂🍝✨
